Ecological Honey
On the property of LA FINCA nearly 1 million bees have found a home. Each of the 15 beehives have their own Majorcan queen and 50 000 sqm to feed on local flowers in the surrounding meadows and trees. This varied diet is optimal for our busy friends and we obtain a golden coloured liquid. The honey is harvested locally and 100% organic at our luxury holiday villa. We harvest it twice a year, which is reflected in the honey’s change of colour. A warm sunny-yellow glow in the summer months stands for pollen that was picked from a flowery meadow behind the main house’s terrace and a slightly darker shade in the wintery season is due to the pollen being collected from pine and oak trees.

It can offer antioxidants, better healing and anti-inflammatory properties amongst other things. Bees are crucial for our existing environment and we try to support the earth’s eco-system with this little contribution.
Organic Olive Oil
Our ecological olive oil is made from the local Arbequina variety. Enjoy your Mediterranean holiday under these ancient olive trees planted around the main house. We chose this variety for its gentle and harmonious taste. The olives are still traditionally harvested by hand and processed into oil by local workers in huge presses two villages away from LA FINCA. You can taste the hard work and the love we have put into the olives to obtain the best quality, bio-dynamic olive oil.

Extra care is taken in pruning and pampering of the trees to protect them from the Mediterranean heat. You can taste our ecological olive oil while staying at the finca.

Day after day, all year round, we observe and nurture the plantation so that when the time comes for picking, the fruit is at its peak, at which time we only select the olives that are in perfect condition from the healthiest, most vigorous trees.
Healthy Hygiene
Organic, homemade and natural ingredients from around our Finca. You will find many herbs growing such as lavender, thyme, basil and sage. These herbs are combined with the scent of our lemons and oranges to make amenities that nourish your body rather to harm them.
All products are made sulphate and paraben-free.
We have shampoos, shower gels and soaps mixed with nutmeg that is a natural facial scrub and helps to prevent wrinkles as well as the finest organic pine oil. Added to this is the essential oil from the local flower called marigold. Cleansing is not only important for your soul, but also your body, that is why we wanted to create amenities that were inspired by our Biogarden at LA FINCA. They nourish your body without destroying the natural immune system of your skin.
